How does Mentoring differ from Coaching?

The term "mentoring" often gets used alongside "coaching", but I'm pretty sure they are quite different.

Does anyone out there have any ideas on how they might differ, and if coach is already a mentor, or are mentors automatically coaches too?

Any and all thoughts are appreciated!
