Any Coaches use the Enneagram?

If you haven't heard of the Enneagram yet, you are REALLY missing out.

The closest thing to the Enneagram is the MBTI, but the Enneagram is much different.

Much like the MBTI, the Enneagram is a typing system, but it seems to be much more accurate. It also has more of a spiritual element than any of the modern typing systems.

I have been using the Enneagram for years now in coaching and counseling. It's awesome!

Do you know of a site or book that matches types with music? I hang out with musicians who match their music with topics I present. I'd love to match the types, too, in that I do a Wednesday morning meeting using the Enneagram to help people get in touch with how they treat their bodies.

I feel that the Enneagram is great tool for self development. Not only it helps to explain the motivations and drivers for our actions but also reveals the pitfalls and excuses we use for our negative behaviours.

As a coach, I use the Enneagram to understand the persons fears and routine escape paths that are often underlying reason for procrastination for instance. This information is vital to help people to move forward towards meaningful goals.
